Investigation of the protective effect of vitamin K1 on the heart in streptozotocin induced type 1 diabetes model

Maternal and fetal diabetes are directly associated with increased morbidity mortality risk. Along this risk, the incidence of congenital malformations in newborns also increases depending on mother’s diabetes. Vitamin K1 is used as a therapeutic protective agent various clinical conditions. For reason, it was aimed to investigate effect vitamin chick embryo hearts immunohistochemically morphologically by creating type 1 mellitus streptozotocin model. In our study, 5 different experimental groups will be created total 50 SPF fertilized eggs, 10 each group, used. The first group control second other three treatment given doses K1.
